Infonavit offers several programs in 2026 designed to assist individuals with mortgage payments or housing acquisition. These benefits are not automatic and depend on specific credit types, payment histories, and eligibility criteria.

For those with existing credits, the ‘Nivela tu Pago’ program provides a temporary monthly payment reduction of between 25% and 75% for up to 12 months. To qualify, borrowers must have at least 12 full payments made and at least 12 remaining, with no more than 12 overdue installments. Additionally, the ‘Descuento por Liquidación Anticipada’ allows eligible users to settle their remaining balance by paying only 50% of the amount determined by the Institute.

For those seeking to purchase a home, the ‘Vivienda para el Bienestar’ program offers discounts of up to 90,000 pesos on certain properties, subject to income and program conditions. Another scheme, ‘Paga lo Justo’, focuses on converting certain credits denominated in Minimum Wage Units (VSM) into pesos.
