Workers with Infonavit credits can verify their debt status and check for potential modifications through the ‘Mi Cuenta Infonavit’ platform. The institute offers various support schemes, such as balance reductions, discounts, debt forgiveness, freezes, or restructuring, depending on individual circumstances.

To check for changes, users should log in to the portal, navigate to ‘Mi Crédito’, and select ‘Saldos y Movimientos’. To confirm if a credit has been fully paid off, users must look for the term ‘Liquidado’ in the overdue monthly payments section, which indicates the debt is settled and no balance remains.
