INFORICH rental batteries found dumped in river

A significant number of mobile batteries from the rental service ‘CHAEGESPOT’, operated by INFORICH, were discovered illegally dumped in a river. The incident came to light following a post on X (formerly Twitter).

INFORICH has coordinated with police and successfully recovered the dumped batteries. The incident has raised concerns regarding the motivation behind such large-scale illegal disposal of lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries in water bodies.
