Infosys secures decade-long AI partnership with Crocs

Indian IT services firm Infosys has entered a 10‑year strategic agreement with global footwear maker Crocs, Inc. to modernise the retailer’s enterprise IT and business operations using AI‑first technologies. The partnership aims to integrate fragmented data, eliminate operational silos, cut costs and build a scalable, agile technology foundation that can respond to shifting consumer demand across more than 85 countries.

Crocs’ chief information officer Tom Britt said the collaboration will “optimize operations, reduce costs and scale responsibly,” while Infosys executive Karmesh Vaswani highlighted the pivotal role of AI‑driven innovation in reshaping retail. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The long‑term programme is expected to standardise processes, improve real‑time decision‑making and support sustainable global expansion for Crocs.
