INFOTEP certifies health journalists and achieves ISO 9001:2015 recertification

The National Institute of Technical Professional Training (INFOTEP) has achieved several institutional milestones regarding professional training and quality management. In collaboration with the Health Journalists Circle (CIPESA), INFOTEP certified 65 journalists and communicators upon completion of a diploma in Strategic Health Communication. This program aims to enhance professional competencies for responsible reporting on public health issues.

Additionally, INFOTEP has been recertified under the international ISO 9001:2015 standard for its Quality Management System. The recertification followed an external audit conducted by the firm SGS, which evaluated the institution's processes, including technical training design, execution, and administrative support services, confirming compliance with international standards.
