INFOTEP inaugurates Los Palmeros Technical Training Center

The National Institute of Technical Professional Training (INFOTEP) has inaugurated the Los Palmeros Technical Training Center in the Luz María sector of Santo Domingo Este. The facility is located in a space donated by the Amaury Germán Aristy Foundation.

INFOTEP Director General Maira Morla Pineda stated that the project involved an investment of RD$16 million for infrastructure, technological equipment, and support tools. The center is already operational, currently hosting 109 active participants across eight training programs, with 85 individuals having already completed their training.

By the end of the year, INFOTEP projects the center will offer between 20 and 25 training actions, aiming to impact approximately 500 participants from the surrounding communities, including Los Frailes, Luz María, and Aguas Locas.
