InfraNexia and Lintasarta partner to boost Indonesian digital connectivity

During the Bali Annual Telkom International Conference (BATIC) 2026, PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (InfraNexia) and PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta) signed an agreement to enhance digital connectivity in Indonesia. The collaboration focuses on utilizing Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology to strengthen high-capacity routes connecting Medan–Batam and Padang–Batam.

DWDM technology allows for the simultaneous transmission of multiple high-speed data paths through a single fiber optic cable, addressing the growing demand for cloud services, data centers, and corporate connectivity that requires low latency and high scalability.

Separately, BATIC 2026 served as a major gathering for the Asia Pacific digital ecosystem, hosting over 2,700 delegates from 67 countries and 760 companies. The conference addressed strategic issues including connectivity infrastructure, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to drive sustainable digital growth in the region.
