Infrastructure and cultural projects announced in Aguascalientes and Guanajuato

In Aguascalientes, Governor Tere Jiménez has launched construction on an elevated turnaround on Federal Highway 45 North in San Francisco de los Romo. This project, part of a 220 million peso investment for two turnarounds, aims to improve traffic flow and safety. Additionally, a new water well was delivered in Cosío, serving over 2,900 residents with an investment exceeding 17 million pesos. The Governor also visited the Freasa meat processing facility.

In Guanajuato, Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo announced upcoming celebrations for the centenary of the birth of José Alfredo Jiménez. The José Alfredo Jiménez International Festival in Dolores Hidalgo will feature special programming organized in collaboration with the musician's family. This year's edition focuses on honoring the legacy of the iconic singer through local musical groups rather than international talent.
