Infrastructure and housing projects advance in Gaziantep and Ağrı

In Gaziantep, the tender process has begun for the construction of the 2nd Bazaar at the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB). The tender is scheduled for November 11, 2026, with a construction period set for 240 days. Additionally, five shops and five offices within the existing social facilities are being offered for sale via auction.

In the Patnos district of Ağrı, a TOKİ housing project consisting of 131 units is entering its final construction stage. The development includes 109 two-plus-one apartments and 22 three-plus-one apartments. Following the lottery process held in March 2026, residents are awaiting a definitive delivery schedule for the completed homes.
