Infrastructure and housing projects underway in Venezuela

Various regional authorities in Venezuela are implementing infrastructure and housing rehabilitation programs. In the José Félix Ribas municipality, the ‘Plan Venezuela Renace’ is targeting residential buildings classified with ‘yellow’ habitability status. These efforts include technical inspections, facade rehabilitation, and the delivery of materials to address structural issues, specifically focusing on buildings affected by seismic activity such as the Edificio Alfa.

In Valencia, the local government is executing road maintenance through the ‘Plan Integral de Servicios Públicos’ and the ‘Plan de Asfaltado’. Work is currently focused on Calle 130 in the Prebo II urbanization, involving roadbed leveling and the application of asphalt. Authorities have applied over 1,000 tons of asphalt, with a total projection exceeding 2,000 tons to complete the paving project.
