Infrastructure and mobility projects discussed in Brazilian regions

In Jundiaí, Mayor Gustavo Martinelli met with representatives from Motiva Autoban to advance strategic transposition projects for the Anhanguera Highway. These interventions, located at various kilometer markers including km 54, 58, 61, 62, and 64, aim to improve urban mobility, connect different regions of the city, and reduce traffic bottlenecks. The projects involve coordination between the municipality, the concessionaire, and the State Transport Agency of São Paulo (Artesp).

Meanwhile, the Serra Regional Development Council (Corede Serra) has launched a survey across 32 municipalities to identify regional road infrastructure needs. The initiative seeks to create a portfolio of priority projects to present to federal and state deputies for funding. The survey covers regional connections, existing inter-municipal links, and intra-city connections, aiming to guide investment priorities for the next decade following the impact of 2024 floods on the region's geography.
