Specifically, the locality of Horpaz relies on a single exit to the county road, leading to heavy congestion. In Chișinău, residents on Roșiori Street in the Buiucani sector report severe road degradation. The street is described as being filled with potholes and lacking proper drainage systems. During rainfall, water overflows into residential yards, forcing homeowners to build makeshift dams to protect their properties. Local residents expressed frustration over long-standing unfulfilled promises regarding road repairs and the damage caused to vehicles and property foundations.
