Infrastructure developments reported in El Salvador and Mexico

In El Salvador, the Ministry of Public Works (MOPT) has installed the sixth tower for the Aerocable project on Tutunichapa Boulevard. The project aims to improve mobility in the San Salvador Metropolitan Area, potentially reducing travel times from nearly one hour to 15 minutes. The system will connect key locations including Zacamil, the University of El Salvador (UES), the Government Center, and Rubén Darío Street. Authorities have implemented traffic management plans, including partial closures and detours, to facilitate the installation of the 23 towers planned for the Mejicanos section.

In Mexico, Governor Salomón Jara inaugurated a new vehicular bridge over the Río Grande in San Pablo Villa de Mitla, Oaxaca. The project, known as Puente Primavera, involved a co-investment of approximately 10 million pesos between the state government and the local municipality. The bridge is intended to connect localities, improve movement, and reduce travel times for local families.
