Infrastructure failures reported in Cabrobó and Projeto Pedra Branca

Residents in different regions of Brazil are reporting persistent failures in essential public services. In Cabrobó, residents of Rua Frei Martins Dinantes have been dealing with a sewage leak for over three months. The issue reportedly began during maintenance work performed by a contractor for the Companhia Pernambucana de Saneamento (Compesa). Despite an initial repair attempt, the leak recurred, causing intense odors and encouraging excessive vegetation growth.

In the Agrovila 12 area of Projeto Pedra Branca, community members are facing recurring electricity outages. Residents report that while Neoenergia Coelba teams perform daytime repairs, the power frequently fails again at night following loud noises in the electrical grid. The community is calling for a comprehensive technical evaluation to find a permanent solution to these frequent interruptions.
