Infrastructure growth boosts Brazil's Yellow Line machinery market

The Brazilian infrastructure sector is driving growth in the Yellow Line machinery market, with projections suggesting 35,800 machines will be sold by 2026. This demand is fueled by increasing investments in highways, sanitation, mining, heavy construction, and urban mobility.

In the roadway sector specifically, federal concessions regulated by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) involve R$ 306 billion in planned works across 18,100 kilometers of highways. When including operation, maintenance, and services, the total volume reaches R$ 525 billion. These projects require various stages of excavation, earthmoving, loading, and leveling, making Yellow Line equipment essential for maintaining project schedules and productivity.

The industry will be highlighted at ARENA M&T 2026, scheduled for October 21–23 at the Fazenda Rio Grande Multi-Event Center in Paraná.
