Poland infrastructure: various regional road and pedestrian projects

Multiple regional infrastructure projects are underway across Poland, focusing on road modernization and pedestrian safety.

In the Cieszyn district, the modernization of Pawłowicka Street in Strumień has been completed, involving nearly 900 meters of roadwork funded by local and regional governments. In Legnica, the Miłogostowice–Dobrzejów route has been upgraded, covering over 3.5 kilometers and including new sidewalks and LED-equipped pedestrian crossings. Similarly, in the Biłgoraj district, a 3.6 km section of the Tereszpol–Smólsko road has been rebuilt with new surfaces, bus bays, and drainage systems.

Other ongoing developments include the construction of a 1.1 km sidewalk in Szydłowo near Grabica, and planned upgrades to access roads in Chwalęcin and Boguszyn within the Nowe Miasto nad Wartą municipality. In Gdańsk, authorities have initiated an environmental impact assessment for a planned bus lane and bicycle path on Spacerowa Street, opening the process for public consultation.
