In Kutno, Poland, a long-term elevator failure at the railway station's underground passage has caused significant difficulties for residents and travelers. MP Paulina Matysiak reported that an elderly resident noted the elevator near Siemiradzkiego Street has been out of service for approximately three months. The outage impacts seniors, people with disabilities, parents with strollers, and travelers with heavy luggage, as the passage serves as a vital link between two parts of the city.

Separately, in the Pomeranian region, autumn storms on the Baltic Sea are accelerating vehicle wear. High winds, reaching up to 100 km/h during recent storms, force vehicle suspensions to constantly compensate for lateral movements. Additionally, salt spray and marine aerosols from the sea accelerate the corrosion of metal components, such as shock absorber housings, more rapidly than in inland regions.
