Infrastructure issues cause traffic disruptions in OBR and Ceuta

Heavy rainfall has caused significant traffic congestion in OBR following the closure of two underpasses in the Benito Juárez neighborhood. The closures, necessitated by accumulated water, forced motorists onto Calle Norte and Boulevard Rosendo Montiel, leading to long delays and saturation of the local road network.

In Ceuta, ongoing construction works in the Hadú district are forcing residents to use an unpaved dirt road as an alternative route. The works have blocked access from Los Rosales and Avenida Lisboa, particularly affecting the Vicedo Martínez neighborhood. Residents have expressed concerns regarding the poor condition of the provisional dirt path, inadequate signage, and the potential for the route to become impassable during rainy weather.
