Infrastructure projects advance in Burkina Faso and Niger

Infrastructure projects are advancing in Burkina Faso and Niger. In Burkina Faso, the Ministry of Construction of the Homeland has officially launched paving and rainwater drainage works for the ‘Relais-cité’ in Komsilga. This phase includes the construction of 5.5 kilometers of dual-carriageway roads and 13 kilometers of drainage canals. The project, costing 6.1 billion CFA francs, is expected to be completed within 10 months.

In Niger, the Minister of Equipment and Infrastructure, Colonel-Major Salissou Mahaman Salissou, inspected the rehabilitation and paving of the Farié-Téra road axis in the Tillabéri region. This strategic economic route is being rehabilitated following requests made to President Abdourahamane Tiani. Currently, approximately 43 kilometers of the total stretch have been treated, with work continuing toward the Téra area.
