Infrastructure projects announced in Andorra and Spain

The Comú de la Massana in Andorra has announced a 3.3 million euro investment for a new 50-space parking facility in Escàs. The project, which includes land preparation starting this year, will occupy a 2,271 square meter area. The facility is designed to include public parking on the ground floor, a waste container area, water fountains, and bicycle parking. The upper level will feature a 1,300 square meter landscaped area and a 15 by 25 meter multi-sport court to encourage social interaction and sports.

In Spain, construction on the Baix Camp Avenue in Cambrils is expected to conclude by the end of November. The 1.35 million euro project aims to improve municipal access by prioritizing pedestrians and increasing green spaces. Despite slight delays in August, officials state work will accelerate in September. Key improvements include reducing steep inclines, enhancing accessibility through sidewalk modifications, and installing new lighting to increase safety.
