Infrastructure projects announced in Granada and Seville
The Junta de Andalucía will tender a project to improve traffic flow in the Granada metropolitan area. The investment of approximately 676,000 euros aims to construct a 166.5-meter segregated lane connecting the Ronda Sur (A395) with the GR3202. This new branch is designed to alleviate congestion heading toward Huétor Vega during peak midday and afternoon hours, specifically addressing delays caused by commuters from these residential areas.
In Seville, the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is resuming road rehabilitation works on the SE-30, A-66, and N-630. These works, backed by a 6.4 million euro budget, will involve nighttime traffic restrictions between 22:00 and 06:00 through December. Affected sections of the SE-30 include the stretch between kilometers 20 and 22.45, connecting La Cartuja with the Camas junction.
