Infrastructure projects announced in Monzón and Salta
In Monzón, Spain, the final phase of the Paseo San Juan Bosco urban redevelopment has been completed. The project, executed by Arnó Infraestructuras at a cost of 260,865 euros, included the reorganization of lateral roads, parking areas, and sidewalks. The improvements feature 1,000 square meters of new expansion, 800 square meters of sidewalks, and 200 square meters of green spaces, including over 300 shrubs and trees. The project also introduced a new intelligent road safety lighting system for pedestrian crossings and increased parking capacity by 35 spaces.
In Salta, Argentina, the provincial government has announced a 650 million peso infrastructure project for the Circunvalación Oeste. The work will target the section providing access to San Lorenzo Chico, an area experiencing significant urban and residential growth. The project involves expanding the northwest branch at progressive 5000 within the CIB 2 sector. The Dirección de Vialidad de Salta has opened the bidding process, with offers scheduled to be reviewed on September 11.
