Infrastructure projects initiated in Cellino Attanasio and Iglesias

In Cellino Attanasio, reconstruction work has begun to secure a wall that collapsed in Piazza Garibaldi following heavy rainfall. The collapse, caused by foundation erosion, rendered parts of the square and the Belvedere unusable. Funded by the Teramo Civil Engineering office with 170,000 euros, the project includes installing a micropile partition to support the wall, recreating the sidewalk, restoring the masonry, and implementing rainwater management systems.

In Iglesias, the municipal government has approved a candidacy for a regional grant to develop a new artisanal zone (Pip) in Campo Pisano. The project, estimated at 4 million euros, seeks 1 million euros from the Abruzzo Region to fund primary urbanization works, with the municipality pledging 200,000 euros in co-financing if approved. The area is currently undergoing preliminary environmental verification.
