Infrastructure projects launched in Arichuna and Puerto Morelos
In Arichuna, regional and municipal authorities are implementing a joint infrastructure plan to improve public services. The technical plan includes the construction of 400 meters of rigid pavement on Bolívar Street to create a durable roadway capable of handling constant vehicular flow and addressing historical deterioration. Additionally, work crews are renovating the local softball stadium to provide a suitable area for youth training and community recreation.
In Puerto Morelos, the company Aguakan has inaugurated the Zetina Gasca sanitary pump station. The new facility is expected to benefit more than 11,000 residents. The project aims to strengthen sanitary infrastructure and promote environmental sustainability. The launch event included local officials, company representatives, and community members who toured the installations.
