Infrastructure projects launched in Campo Grande, Brazil and Argentina
In Campo Grande, Brazil, the municipal government has signed a service order for asphalt and drainage works in the Guanandi II neighborhood. The project, part of the Vira CG Infraestrutura program, involves an investment of R$ 8.6 million to cover 12 streets. The works, managed by Macro Engenharia e Construções Ltda., are expected to be completed within 240 days. This initiative is part of a larger infrastructure plan that includes an additional R$ 7.7 million planned for Guanandi II and significant investments in the Anhanduizinho region.
In Campo Grande, Argentina, Vialidad Rionegrina has completed the reconstruction of Provincial Route 69. The project involved 10 kilometers of roadwork between the junction with National Route 151 and El Labrador. This corridor is a vital link for the Vaca Muerta hydrocarbon activity, connecting the Alto Valle to the oil fields. The reconstruction, costing approximately US$ 2.41 million, included deep patching, new hot asphalt, and the installation of an intelligent traffic light system at the Villa Manzano access point. The project was funded by the VMOS Bond, an agreement between Río Negro and oil companies involved in the Vaca Muerta Oil Sur project.
