Infrastructure projects underway in Zacualpan de Amilpas and Puerto Escondido
Infrastructure projects are underway in various regions of Mexico to improve utility services and road conditions. In Zacualpan de Amilpas, Morelos, road improvement works in front of the Coconetl Kindergarten have been completed. The project included hydraulic concrete paving, the installation of storm drainage systems, and the renewal of water connections and domestic discharges to enhance safety for students and families.
In Oaxaca, the State Water Commission for Wellbeing (Ceabien) has begun installing a new potable water distribution network in the Lomas del Puerto neighborhood of Puerto Escondido, located in San Pedro Mixtepec. The project involves demolishing 110 meters of hydraulic concrete to install new PVC piping and rehabilitating an 8-inch pumping line. While the works aim to improve service for over 13,000 residents, water distribution in the area will be temporarily suspended during construction.
