ING Bank Śląski adds VeloBank accounts to its multi-bank management service

ING Bank Śląski has expanded its ‘Add an account from another bank’ service to include accounts and cards from VeloBank. This update allows customers to manage their finances more efficiently by viewing balances and transaction histories from multiple institutions within a single application.

Through this feature, users can monitor account statuses even before logging in, analyze spending patterns, and plan budgets across different banks without switching between multiple apps. Agnieszka Lidke-Orzechowska, Director of the Daily Banking Center at ING Bank Śląski, stated that the expansion aims to help more people control their expenses in one place.

With the addition of VeloBank, the service now supports accounts from 10 different institutions, including Alior Bank, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Erste Bank Polska, mBank, Bank Millennium, Pekao, PKO Bank Polski, and Revolut. For certain banks, the service also enables users to initiate transfers and simplifies loan applications for those receiving salaries in external accounts.
