ING Bank Śląski reports 5% profit rise and launches 4,400 zł business account promotion

ING Bank Śląski announced a new promotion for sole‑proprietor businesses that can deliver a total bonus of up to 4,400 zł for opening a corporate account by 30 September 2026. The offer also includes a 5.5% interest rate on a savings account for three months and a 200 zł referral bonus under specific transaction conditions.

In the first half of 2026 the bank posted a net profit of 1,193 million zł, a 5% increase over the same period a year earlier. It added more than 100,000 new individual customers – the strongest growth in six years – and attracted roughly 19,000 new corporate clients. Deposits rose 16%, the credit portfolio grew 9%, and the value of investment products jumped 174% after the acquisition of ING TFI. Mortgage lending reached 5.8 billion zł, up 19% year‑on‑year, while cash‑loan sales hit nearly 2 billion zł, a 15% rise. The bank also rolled out a fully digital mortgage process via its mobile app.
