ING Bank Romania has relaunched ING Business PRO, an enhanced mobile application specifically designed for entrepreneurs to manage corporate financial operations via smartphone. The updated app features tools for scheduling recurring payments, receiving transaction notifications, opening savings or deposit accounts, and managing company cards in a single interface.

To improve user experience, the application includes dark mode, balance-hiding options, and profile customization. It also introduces streamlined communication features, such as direct in-app feedback and simplified identification for quick calls to the bank’s call center.

According to ING Bank data, digital adoption among business clients is high; in September 2026, 95% of additional account openings for business customers were completed online, and over 90% of SoftPOS requests were processed through digital channels.
