Injective (INJ) rallies amid expansion into regulated asset tokenization

Injective (INJ) has experienced a significant price rally, rising over 50% from recent lows to trade near the $6 mark. This upward momentum is supported by both technical market structures and strengthening fundamental developments.

A primary driver is Injective's expansion into regulated digital-asset infrastructure. The network recently became an SEC-registered transfer agent, enabling it to support a more comprehensive tokenization process for real-world assets. This status allows the network to manage ownership records, investor restrictions, and settlements more effectively.

Further institutional adoption includes a live trade-receivables tokenization pilot with POSCO International and LG CNS. Additionally, a monthly Community BuyBack mechanism, which removes INJ from circulation, is expected to occur on August 27, providing a potential supply-side catalyst for the token.
