Injective Labs files SEC registration as INJ token stays above $5
Injective Labs, a blockchain platform incubated by Binance, filed a transfer‑agent registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing is part of the project's plan to bring on‑chain regulated real‑world assets and securities infrastructure and follows the release of its MiCAR whitepaper for the European Union. The company says the registration does not constitute SEC approval but aims to enable faster, on‑chain ownership records for tokenised securities.
At the same time, the firm advertised a Quality Engineer role to test Web3 dApps and build UI automation using Typescript and Playwright. The position focuses on manual, exploratory and automated testing of front‑end, wallet integrations and blockchain components. Meanwhile, the INJ token recovered from June lows, trading around $5.05 and encountering resistance near $5.20.
