Inmuvi approves property deed processes for 21 families in Ciudad Valles

The Municipal Housing Institute (Inmuvi) in Ciudad Valles has approved measures allowing 21 families to begin the process of obtaining property deeds. This development follows more than 30 years of efforts by residents to regularize their land holdings.

During the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, Inmuvi director Angélica Martínez Ten Bloemendal reported that the institute provided guidance to over 100 individuals regarding legal certainty and housing regularization. The initiative involves coordinated work with the Registry and Cadastre Institute to finalize documentation for families in the Las Fincas, Miravalles, El 21, Las Granjas, and Bicentenario developments.
