İnönü University conducts protocol and leadership training
İnönü University has completed the first session of its “Protocol, Behavior, and Representation Rules” training. Held at the Turgut Özal Congress and Culture Center, the program is part of the university’s Executive Leadership Training Program, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of public services, strengthening administrative capacity, and improving inter-institutional cooperation.
University Rector Prof. Dr. Nusret Akpolat attended the session alongside vice-rectors, the general secretary, deans, and various academic and administrative staff. During his remarks, Akpolat emphasized that protocol serves as a visible expression of institutional respect and a language of representation that connects institutions rather than creating distance through hierarchy. He stated that the goal is to strengthen institutional culture and ensure the university is represented with seriousness and dignity in all environments.
The training was conducted by protocol instructor Nihat Aytürk, who shared practical tips regarding protocol and behavioral rules in public life. The second day of the program is scheduled for Sunday, September 20.
