Innate Pharma announces €22.5 million share offering
Innate Pharma has announced a proposed offering of ordinary shares totaling approximately €22.5 million through a private placement. The offering targets qualified investors in the European Union and institutional investors outside the EU and the United States, while also including a limited number of qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. under Rule 144A.
Stifel is serving as the sole global coordinator, with BTIG acting as joint bookrunners. The company intends to use the net proceeds primarily to support the continued clinical development of IPH4502, advance its preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) portfolio candidates, and provide working capital for general corporate purposes.
To discuss these corporate developments and the company's financial posture, CEO Jonathan Dickinson will host a live conference call and webcast on Friday, August 14, 2026.
