Innobio Therapeutics receives KOSDAQ listing approval

Innobio Therapeutics, an artificial intelligence-based drug discovery company, has received approval from the Korea Exchange for its preliminary KOSDAQ listing examination. The company plans to proceed with subsequent procedures, including the submission of a securities registration statement, in collaboration with its lead manager, Korea Investment & Securities.

Founded in 2019, Innobio Therapeutics utilizes its AI platform, DeepZema, to research synthetic drugs for immunity, inflammation, fibrosis, and cancer. The company currently manages nine drug pipelines, four of which have entered clinical stages. Notable developments include a technology transfer agreement with Daewoong Pharmaceutical for an inflammatory bowel disease treatment and clinical progress for a scar treatment and an ulcerative colitis treatment.
