Global corporate earnings show diverse performance across defense, tech, and biotech sectors

Various global companies reported diverse financial results and market positions for the second quarter of 2026.

German defense firm Hensoldt reached a record order backlog of 10.356 billion euros, supported by new orders totaling 2.812 billion euros. Despite recent stock volatility near the 90-euro mark, the company saw significant growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA.

In the United States, Cactus, Inc. reported Q2 2026 revenue of 449.5 million dollars, exceeding consensus estimates. The company also increased its quarterly dividend by approximately 7 percent. Meanwhile, IDEX Corporation outperformed earnings expectations with an EPS of 2.32 dollars, leading some analysts to upgrade the stock to a ‘Buy’ rating.
