InnoTrans 2026 to showcase 113 rail vehicles in Berlin

The InnoTrans 2026 trade fair in Berlin will feature 113 vehicles from 17 different countries in its outdoor and track areas. Scheduled for September 22 to 25, the event will host 130 exhibitors, including 30 first-time participants in this section.

The exhibition will highlight major industry trends such as high-speed rail, automation, and the resurgence of night trains. A significant focus will be placed on alternative propulsion systems, including hydrogen-powered and battery-powered vehicles. Notable exhibitors include the Slovak manufacturer TATRAVAGÓNKA, which will present eight models, and the Swiss company Stadler Rail, which is bringing seven vehicles.

Logistical operations for the event include transporting vehicles from China and South Korea to Europe by sea, with subsequent transport to Berlin via inland waterways, rail, or road. Other major participants include Siemens Mobility, CAF, Alstom, Hitachi, and Hyundai Rotem.
