Innova TV launches free streaming service in Brazil

Innova TV has entered the Brazilian market with a free streaming platform that combines linear television channels with video-on-demand (AVOD) and radio services. The platform offers 43 linear channels and a catalog of approximately 1,500 titles, including films and series across genres such as horror, romance, comedy, documentaries, and anime.

Backed by a US$ 10 million investment, the company aims to reach 10 million registered users within its first 12 months of operation. The service is funded through advertising and plans to implement advanced features such as AI-driven content recommendations and T-Commerce, which allows users to purchase products directly through the viewing experience.

While the current catalog includes national and international productions, the company intends to expand its offerings by adding several new channels monthly. Future goals include negotiating sports broadcasting rights and potentially expanding into other Latin American and Portuguese-speaking markets.
