Innventure faces class action lawsuit as stock price drops

Innventure, Inc. (INV) is facing a securities class action lawsuit following a 55% drop in its stock price on August 14, 2026. The decline was triggered by the company's decision to remove the DarkNX project from its 2026 forecast and suspend revenue guidance. The litigation focuses on whether the company made misleading statements regarding an arrangement with DarkNX, which was purportedly intended to deploy Accelsius’ NeuCool technology at a 300MW AI data center campus in Ontario, Canada.

Separately, Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (HIMS) reported an insider stock sale by Soleil Boughton. Under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan, Boughton sold 3,458 shares for approximately $97,965 on September 2, 2026. This transaction follows a previous sale of 25,111 shares in August. Despite recent revenue growth, the company has faced investor uncertainty due to reported adjusted losses and regulatory allegations.
