InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska criticizes tax disparities among logistics firms
InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska has released a “list of shame” highlighting significant discrepancies in corporate income tax (CIT) payments among major logistics companies operating in Poland.
According to the data presented, InPost reported 7.2 billion PLN in revenue for 2025 and paid 500 million PLN in CIT. In contrast, Brzoska noted that DHL, despite having 2.4 billion PLN in revenue, paid only 130,000 PLN in CIT. DPD reported 4.3 billion PLN in revenue with a CIT payment of 13.5 million PLN.
Brzoska criticized the situation as “pathological,” arguing that foreign companies profiting from Polish customers and infrastructure should pay taxes in Poland on equal footing with domestic firms. He appealed to Finance Minister Andrzej Domański to address tax optimization by foreign corporations and expressed concern that government plans to increase taxes may disproportionately affect Polish companies rather than foreign competitors.
