InPost expands parcel locker network in Cornwall and Scotland

InPost is expanding its network of automated parcel lockers across the United Kingdom, with new installations reported in Cornwall and Scotland.

In Cornwall, the Wheal Dream Restaurant on the Helston to Wendron road will host lockers ahead of the Christmas period. The site aims to provide a convenient collection and drop-off point for residents in the Wendron area and those traveling between Helston and Redruth. The restaurant owner noted that the lockers may also contain hidden discount vouchers for customers.

In Scotland, a new 24-hour accessible InPost locker has opened outside Johnstone Burgh FC’s Keanie Park ground on Auchenlodment Road. Local officials noted that the facility provides a necessary alternative to traditional post offices and may help reduce traffic and pollution by streamlining online order returns and collections.
