InPost projected to grow in Q2 amid takeover bid
Polish parcel locker company InPost is expected to show growth in the second quarter, according to analyst consensus. Revenue is projected to rise from 3.9 billion to 4.1 billion Polish zloty on a quarterly basis. Adjusted EBITDA is estimated at 1.0 billion zloty, up from 902 million zloty in the first quarter, while net profit is estimated at 139 million euros.
Looking ahead to 2026 and 2027, analysts anticipate volume growth reaching 1.54 billion and 1.70 billion parcels, respectively. Revenue is projected to climb to 17.3 billion zloty in 2026 and 19.4 billion zloty in 2027.
The company is also navigating a takeover bid from a consortium including Advent, FedEx, A&R, and PPF. The offer, valued at 7.8 billion euros, represents a 50 percent premium. The European Commission has already approved the takeover bid, which would see FedEx and Advent each holding 37 percent of the company.
