InPost to introduce permanent parcel redirection service

InPost has announced updates to its service regulations, effective November 10, 2026. A key feature of this update is the expansion of the Dynamic Parcel Redirection (DPP) service to include a Permanent Parcel Redirection option.

Users with an active InPost Mobile app account can set a preferred Paczkomat or PaczkoPunkt to receive courier deliveries automatically. This service will be free of charge, allowing users to manage their preferred pickup locations directly through their mobile devices.

Certain restrictions apply to the permanent redirection feature: the selected pickup point must be within a 10-kilometer radius of the original delivery address and must fall under the same InPost branch. Additionally, parcels must meet specific weight and size requirements for automated lockers.
