INPP receives millions from Brazil's Culture Ministry without bidding

The private Instituto Nacional de Parcerias Públicas (INPP) has been awarded public money without any competitive bidding process. According to the columns, the institute obtained R$ 562,850 for the inaugural Wine Festival and a further R$ 6 million for the “Cultura sobre rodas” audiovisual training project in Rio de Janeiro, both funded through direct dispensation by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The reporting also notes a separate government decision authorising a helipad at the Tayayá resort for Supreme Court Minister Dias Toffoli, and the launch of a new Master in Leadership, Politics and Public Management program beginning 3 August.
