Insidious 6 horror sequel trailer unveiled in Brazil

Sony Pictures released a new clip for the sixth installment of the Insidious franchise, titled "Insidious 6: Now Among Us". The teaser features Amelia Eve as Gemma, who discovers a labyrinth inhabited by malevolent supernatural entities, and introduces the return of medium Elise Rainier. The film includes a cast with Lin Shaye, Amelia Eve, Brandon Perea, Maisie Richardson‑Sellers, Sam Spruell and Island Austin, and is directed by Jacob Chase from a screenplay by David Leslie Johnson‑McGoldrick. Producers include Jason Blum, Oren Peli, James Wan and Leigh Whannell. The movie is scheduled to open in Brazilian cinemas on 20 August.

The clip is part of the promotional rollout for the sequel, which follows the 2023 release "Insidious: The Red Door". A related spin‑off, "Thread: An Insidious Tale", was also announced, focusing on a couple attempting to alter the past to save their daughter.
