Insidious: Out of the Further slated for August 20, 2026 theatrical release

Sony Pictures Germany announced that the horror franchise "Insidious" will return with a new instal​l, "Insidious: Out of the Further," on August 20, 2026. The film follows Amelia Eve’s character Gemma, a young mother who discovers she can travel to the "Eternity"—the series’ realm of lost souls—and bring its inhabitants into the real world. Jacob Chase directs the picture, with the screenplay co‑written by Chase and David Leslie Johnson‑McGoldrick. Lin Shaye reprises her iconic role as Elise Rainier.

To promote the launch, Sony is offering a fan‑package giveaway that includes two free tickets, a T‑shirt and a water bottle, with entries closing on the release day.
