Insieme a Te wins CLAI 100% Italiano Award

The volunteer association Insieme a Te, based in Faenza, has been awarded the ninth edition of the ‘Premio 100% Italiano’ by the agro-food cooperative CLAI. The award ceremony took place on September 12 at the Villa La Babina historical park in Imola.

The recognition celebrates the association’s work through ‘La Spiaggia dei Valori’, a beach facility established in 2018 in Punta Marina Terme. The facility is specifically designed to support individuals with moderate to severe disabilities, providing an accessible environment to enjoy the sea and social interaction.

Since its inception, the project has served approximately 2,800 people with disabilities, including 500 during the most recent summer season. The initiative relies on a significant volunteer network, which grew to 600 volunteers this year, bringing the total number of volunteers involved in the project to 3,800. CLAI President Giovanni Bettini presented the award to Insieme a Te President Debora Donati, praising the project as an exemplary model of commitment to social welfare and community solidarity.
