Inspirali signs R$ 150 million medical education deal with Einstein Hospital

Inspirali, the medical education ecosystem of Ânima Educação, has entered into a 20-year partnership with Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein to enhance its medical training programs. The agreement, which includes an automatic 20-year renewal, aims to improve curricula, teaching methodologies, faculty training, and academic assessment processes across Inspirali’s 15 medical courses.

Under the terms of the deal, Ânima will pay R$ 150 million to Einstein, split into two R$ 75 million installments. Additionally, Einstein will receive 6% of the net revenue from new medical undergraduate students enrolled after the agreement. The partnership also grants Inspirali the right to use the Einstein brand. Implementation of the academic advisory and consultancy services is expected to begin in 2027.

Inspirali currently manages approximately 2,000 annual medical school vacancies distributed across 13 cities in six Brazilian states. The company intends to use Einstein’s expertise in healthcare, research, and innovation to differentiate its courses and improve academic quality in response to increasing competition and national evaluation standards.
