Insta360 expands GO Ultra ecosystem with new cycling accessories

Insta360 has expanded the ecosystem for its GO Ultra miniature action camera, introducing new accessories specifically designed for mountain biking, gravel riding, and cycling. These additions include an ultra-wide 185-degree lens, a new chest strap, a helmet mount, and a three-pack of motion-capture accessories. The camera is designed for point-of-view (POV) filming, allowing users to capture terrain and handlebars without the bulk of traditional action cameras.

The GO Ultra features a compact, magnetic design with a camera module weighing 53 grams. Technical specifications include 4K 60 fps video capability, a 1/1.28-inch sensor, and FlowState stabilization with 360-degree Horizon Lock. The device offers up to 70 minutes of battery life on the camera alone and up to 200 minutes when used with the Action Pod. It also supports fast charging, reaching 80% capacity in 12 minutes.

In addition to its portability, the camera is IPX8 waterproof up to 2 meters and features a 2.5-inch OLED touchscreen on the Action Pod that flips 180 degrees for vlogging. The detachable magnetic camera can be used with a necklace or clip for hands-free recording.
