Instabee Group and Foodora announce new logistics leadership

Instabee Group has appointed Daniel Gustafsson Raba as Senior Director Operations to drive the development of its European logistics network, including brands Instabox, Budbee, and Porterbuddy. Raba joins from Foodora Sweden, where he worked on logistics and innovative delivery methods such as autonomous robots and drones.

Simultaneously, Foodora Sweden has named Nils Press as its new logistics manager. Press, an industrial engineer, will focus on increasing the company’s use of electric mopeds and testing new logistics solutions like specialized trailers for bike lanes.

These leadership changes occur amid significant corporate restructuring. Following Uber’s nearly $15 billion bid to acquire Delivery Hero, Foodora’s Swedish operations, along with 13 other markets, are being sold to investment firm SSW Partners. SSW Partners is expected to seek a long-term owner for the Swedish business following the transition.
